Advertising maybe one of the most nostalgic areas of collecting. Pictures of products we grew up with bring back strong memories. Cartoon characters greet us on drinking glass that were given away by fast food restaurants. Ashtrays advertise long closed restaurants and bars. It is such a wide open area of collecting that a person can specialize in just one facet of it like transportation as an example.
