How To Place An Order

International buyers please email for a shipping quote prior to ordering and to verify we ship to your country.

Ordering is easy!  Registration is NOT required to view or purchase from Marlene's China Hutch, but it will streamline the process for future orders and enable you to track your orders.  Plus you can receive notices of special offers and discount coupons.  Register by clicking on the top menu bar. 

While shopping as you see items you wish to purchase click on  Add to Shopping Cart.  If you are not finished shopping click on Continue Shopping.  Each time you add items you will be shown the list of your contents in your cart. 

If you would rather save an item and purchase at a later date you may add it to your wish list.  Then when you return to "our hutch"  you can see your wish list by clicking on Wish List on the top menu bar.  When ready to purchase an item from you list just add it to your cart.

When your shopping is completed please click on Shopping Cart on top menu bar.  Review your items to make sure there are no mistakes.  If you have a discount coupon or code enter it in the Discount Coupon box and click on apply discount.  The discount will be deducted from your order. 

Now you are ready to checkout.  Click on the Checkout button.  Enter shipping and billing information.  If already registered this information maybe partially filled out.  Click on Continue.  Here you will be prompted to choose a method of shipping.  All shipment are  via the US Postal system (USPS).  Once you have selected the shipping option you will be prompted to select your preferred payment option.  We accept:

United States Orders

1.  PayPal
2.  Credit Cards - VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
3.  Personal Checks and Money Orders  - You may choose to mail your payment.  Checks are only accepted from US customers and drawn on US banks.  Checks and money orders should be made out to - Marlene Biddle.

California orders will have sales tax added at the rate of 7.75%

Orders are held open 10 days for payment via check or money order.  After that time the order is voided and the items returned to stock.

Orders paid via personal check are held for 10 days prior to shipping
to allow time for the check to clear.


International Orders

Due to the high rate of international fraud we can only accept payments as noted below.

1.  PayPal - Confirmed, verified PayPal address only
2.  International Postal Money Orders in US Dollars only

We do not accept payments for amounts higher than invoice total.
We reserve the right to not do business with countries with high rates of fraud.
