Novelty vintage ceramic kitchen baking soda holder for your refrigerator. You can also use it for dispensing other powdered substances as it has 9 holes in the top. Shaker is in shape of a garlic head with a smiling face.  Unmarked as to who made it but most likely from Japan in the 1950's.  Shaker is 3 3/4" across and 3" high.  He is missing his rubber stopper and has one pinhead sized bubble pop in glaze near one of his blue eyes and another pinhead sized paint flake on front side.
