Blue Mountain Pottery of Collingwood Ontario Canada opened its doors in 1947 and shut them in December 2004.  During that time they produced many wonderful pottery items such as this blue drip glazed dolphin.  This is the medium sized figure of three different sizes.  It measures 12" x 3" x 6.5" and is made from their signature red clay.  BMP is known throughout the world and is deemed a national symbol of Canadian items.  This gorgeous display piece is in excellent condition.
