Hand painted cream and sugar set decorate with blue rooster design. Similar to Rooster and Roses but not the same.  One side is decorated with rooster, one side with blue tulip and near back is foliage with red and yellow berries. Marked on base Hand Painted. Though not marked made in Japan it is from Japan. Measures 3". No chips or cracks only some clean age crazing.
