Guardian Service cook ware oval platter. Guardian is the vintage waterless hammered aluminum cookware from the 1930's thru 1950's. Loved by collectors for its sturdiness and excellent cooking properties. The oval platter measures 14 3/4" including the handles on either end. It is 10 1/4" wide. Other than a few small slightly darker marks insides platter it is in excellent condition.
