Super kitschy paper mache bank of young girl picking a basket of red and black polka dotted mushrooms. Front of base says "For rainy days". Bank still has rubber plug and is marked with paper label saying created by Earl Bernard, Made in Japan.

Bank measures 8 1/2" and is in excellent condition.
