Tressemann and Vogt Limoges boullion cup.  Border of hand painted violets on light green backgound and outer body of light cream.  Ornate handles are gold encrusted.  Mark number 7 dates from 1892 to 1907.  This lovely piece of American hand painted china is in excellent condition.
