Popular Metlox California Ivy pattern covered sugar bowl.  Brown vine handles and finial add a decorative touch to this pattern that was originally produced in 1946 and discontinued sometime around 1986.  The sugar bowl is 7" wide including handles and 4 1/4" high.  There are no chips, cracks or crazing but does appear to have factory flaw on side of bowl where there is something small stuck to glaze and what appears to be green paint smudges.
