Old New Art Wares chalkware figure of girl holding basket of flowers.  She's wearing a ruffled pinafore over her blue dress and pantaloons.  Her hair is in braids with bows and her eyes are blue.  Figure is 7" high and has a few minor flakes on edge blue hem and side of base.  These are not chips so much as paint flakes missing.  There is a chips on the underside of her dress in front, more visible when picked up and tilted upwards as in the last picture.  As chalk ware chips easily and given this item is over 70 years old it is in extremely good condition.
