Made in Germany lusterware porcelain plates decorated with medallions of Roman scenes.  Pair of plates circa 1930's have wide orange luster outer rim with mother of pearl iridized centers.  One plate is 7 1/4" and the other 7 1/2".  Plates are a perfect size for serving candies or other treats.  Both are marked on back with Made in Germany red mark in circle. Both plates are in excellent condition.  Price is for pair.
