Advertising glass reamer. Vintage milk glass Sunkist reamer. Marked Sunkist on both sides and Made In U.S.A. and Pat. No. 68764 on base. Not a stark white but this has slight opalescence. Measures 8" long and is in beautiful condition with no chips, cracks or roughness!
