Westmoreland crystal mist footed mayo bowl with hand painted Art Deco design, from their 1820 line.  Can be found in "Westmoreland Glass Volume 3 1888 - 1940 by Lorraine Kovar page 87.  Decoration 470 has rim with two bands, one orange and one yellow.  Bands are outlined in black.  The main decoration is a deco-styled flower.  The design is repeated three times around the piece. Bowl is 3 1/4" high and 5 1/2" in diameter.  The three designs have minor wear but rim bands have no wear.  Overall condition is excellent.
