Fenton hobnail individual sugar in white milk glass.  This is not the chalky newer white but the older fiery white.  This sugar is the item number 3900 and measures 2 1/8" high.  Since this is the older Fenton it was made before  to the Fenton logo mark on bottom.  Sugar is in excellent condition with no nicks to hobs.
